is it time to consider myself a failure as a parent, now that my child can sing along to the Nick Jr. On Demand theme music?

I think not. My 16 year old can sing all commercials/cartoons/tv theme songs by heart without missing a word and she is an excellent student. I think rather than reflecting poorly on us, it shows how truly brilliant our kids our out memorization!

God, no. Consider yourself an excellent parent for honing her harmonic and memorization skills.
